Starters special


ORANGE BLOSSOM
Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Orange juice - 2 cup
Coconut cream- 4 tbsp
Ice cubes (crushed)- 5-6
Method
Blend orange juice, coconut cream & ice cubes together in a blender until frothy. Pour in a tall glass & serve immediately garnished with lemon and cherry.
CHICKEN CLEAR SOUP
Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
Chicken neck - 2 pieces
Water - 2 cup
Garlic (minced) - 2 flakes
Tomato (chopped)- 1
Onion (chopped)- 1
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Salt & pepper to taste
For garnishing
Lemon wedges
Few Coriander leaves.
Method
Pressure cook chicken pieces, garlic, tomato, onion, cloves & cinnamon in a pressure cooker along with water. When done pass through a sieve & put to boil on a low flame shred chicken from the neck and drop in the soup.
Season with salt & pepper & serve hot garnished with coriander leaves & lemon wedges.
