GRILLED SANDWICH
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
Bread - 6 slices
Onion - 2 medium
Tomatoes - 2
Green chillies
(finely chopped) - 2-3
(finely chopped) - 2-3
Salt to taste
1 cube Cheese (grated)
Chilli powder to taste
Butter for frying - 1 ½ tsp
Method
Mix onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and cheese.
Spread 2 tbsp of mixture on 3 slices & top with remaining 3 slices.
Heat griddle & grease with little butter. Place one sandwich at a time in centre of the griddle.
Press with back of the bowl until the lower side turns golden.
Turn and cook another side of the sandwich.
Similarly make all. When all are done divide each sandwich into two and serve with tomato sauce.
